The Food Service Nutrition and Food Safety Template aims to satisfy the following standards:
- The Food Act
- Quality Health New Zealand Standards
- Health and Disabilities Support Sector Standards
- Ministry of Health Contractual Requirements
Policies and practises in this Food Service Template reflects best practise techniques and recognises cooks and chefs working in private hospitals are trained in their task.
Copies of the manual are available from National Office; the CD Rom is $50 plus GST for members, and $80 plus GST for non members.
